| DNA on Felony Arrests Nebraska has just passed a bill to collect DNA on felony convictions. Other states are way ahead of them by expanding the law to include DNA at felony and some even misdemeanor arrest. This bill seems minimal but it's an important move in the right direction, they're beginning to collect samples. |
